We are a Meal Prep company out of the Washington DC area. we specialize in healthy nutrition meals that are in fact prep cooked and cooled down. waiting for you to up your weekly orders. Simply pop it in the microwave for a few minutes an enjoy the convenience of not having to slave over a kitchen. We also do provide delivery all over the DMV.
